Position - Business Development Executive / Admin Assistant

Requirement - 

Our business development team requires a dynamic young executive who can primarily take up the responsibility of making note of the minutes of the meeting held during the project meetings related to air cargo export or import from UAE and worldwide.

Jot down the points discussed in the meeting and prepare minutes of the meeting.

Based on the minutes of the meeting, google the content required for the presentation.

Check horoughly the general and political conditions of the country where the air cargo to be exported/imported and distributed.

Based on the search results and the points discussed in the meeting prepare an exceptional PowerPoint presentation and present the same to our team for any corrections followed by coordinating and finalizing the project with the end client.

Able to assist in day to day Admin and Account related works.

Salary - AED.5K  + Yearly tkt + Medical and Life Insurance.

Qualification -  Fresh  / Experienced Graduate with Business Development / Admin / Accounts background,  Excellent communication skills with proficiency in English, Computer literacy - Master of computer application. 

Specialized in Microsoft office and PowerPoint presentations is a must.
